Most of our physical products are MADE PER ORDER, meaning our artist will only start your doll once it has been ordered. This is called our processing time. This is an additional time period, before your shipping time. Our processing time ranges depending on the number of orders we have. On average, it ranges between 3-10 days before shipping it off. During busy periods such as the holiday seasons, it may take up to 3 weeks to process due to an influx of overall orders.
Once your order has been processed and given to postal services, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Then you should receive updates with time estimates on when your order will be delivered.
* If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend ordering international orders at least 3 weeks in advanced. This allows for the average 7-day processing & up to 14-day shipping times. *

Delivery Details
Lox Crochet uses AusPost delivery services to ship all of their orders. Once orders have been shipped, we have no control over the shipping process including any delays, loss of packages or interruptions that may occur ESPECIALLY with international orders. For any lost package cases, we will take the appropriate steps to report this and solve the problem for you. *Please refer to terms and conditions for more information*.
Once your package has been shipped you will receive an email/SMS with a link to track your package along with your tracking number. With this information you will have access to the delivery process of your order and will receive updates/estimates about its journey to you.
