*You are responsible for being aware of these Terms & Conditions before placing an order. By placing an order through Lox Crochet on any platform, you are consenting to our Terms, Conditions and Policies. Please read the following information thoroughly. *

GENERAL T&Cs:

  • You agree to not reproduce, duplicate, copy, resell or exploit any items you purchase from Lox Crochet, or the services provided.
  • We have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. This includes (but is not limited to) the quantity of products ordered within the same order. In the event we make a change to or cancel/refund an order, we will contact you via the email or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
  • Lox Crochet has the right to modify the details of our products, website, prices, terms, conditions and all policies at any time without notice, including the discontinuing of products. Although most updates are made via Instagram (@Loxcrochet) if you would like to keep updated, it is your responsibility to monitor and keep up with any changes that have been made.

PROCESSING TIMES:

  • Majority of the time Lox Crochet crocheted dolls are MADE PER ORDER, meaning our artist will only start your doll once it has been ordered. Therefore, it may take 3-7 days to make your doll before shipping it off. (depending on how many orders we have and the complicity of the doll). During busy periods such as the holiday seasons, it may take up to 3 weeks to process due to an influx of overall orders.
  • We sometimes carry extra stock available for my best sellers so in those cases, the processing time would be quicker than stated above.
  • My patterns have an infinite stock and will take at most 24hrs for the email to send, depending on the email services used.

SHIPPING:

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or Public Holidays.
  • Shipping rates and times are calculated at check out or given directly during conversation. The shipping estimate may vary depending on the processing time (Please read the "Processing Times" terms above for further information).
  • We are not responsible for any delays that occur once we have shipped the order. We have no control over what happens during this period including delays, orders being held by customs, lost packages and failures to deliver. In cases where your parcel has failed to deliver, it will be sent back to us. We will then contact you and we can discuss further how to resolve the issue!
  • If your order is experiencing any of the issues stated above, please contact us so we can help direct the issue. Although we have no control over it, we want to help all of our customers receive their package safely.- During the holiday seasons (Christmas, New Years, Easter, Halloween) there are typically more delays within postal companies. Please keep this in mind before ordering during one of these periods. Again, we are not responsible for these delays as they are out of our control and it is your responsibility to be aware of these conditions.
  •  You are able to track your orders shipment and delivery process via your unique tracking number that you receive with your "Confirmation of shipment" email (After processing, once we have sent your order for shipping). Further instructions will also be included in this email. In any cases where you cannot access it, or it is missing please contact us so that we can provide it to you.

PRIVACY POLICY:

*You are responsible for being aware of these policies before placing an order. Please read the following information thoroughly.*

  • Lox Crochet takes every precaution to keep our users’ information PRIVATE and PROTECTED. When users submit sensitive information via our website, Instagram or Etsy (such as credit card number and/or address), your information is protected both online and off-line. This information would be submitted either when creating an account or when checking out your order. When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for delivery or set up an account, we imply that you consent to our collection of this information and will use it for its intended reason only.
  • Lox Crochet use AusPost as a third-party provider to post and ship all of my orders. We will only ever disclose the necessary information they need to complete their service. This includes your shipping details information (Name, Address & Phone number) so that they are safely able to deliver your order to your location. Auspost have their own set of Privacy policies that we recommend reading if you are curious about their storage of information and other privacy matters.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY:

*You are responsible for being aware of these policies before requesting a return or refund. Please read the following information thoroughly before placing an order or trying to process either option, ensuring you meet the criteria.*

RETURNS:

  • Lox Crochet ONLY takes returns in cases where the product has been damaged during the shipping process or via our mistake. We will need physical proof of these damages via photos or video including the product itself, the box it arrived in and the additional items within the box.
  • If it has been damaged after you've been in possession of the doll (cases where you/someone else accidentally damaged the product) we will NOT accept returns or refunds.
  • If you are looking to make a return or have any questions, please contact us via Email or Instagram (Contact information at the top of this document).
  • Depending on the issue itself, you will either receive a new doll as soon as possible, free of charge OR you will be required to send the package back to us (covering shipping costs yourself) and we will send you a new doll. Again, in cases where you must ship your original doll back to us, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs. We will then cover the shipping costs of sending you your new package.
  •  Lox Crochet does NOT accept returns on digital products (e.g. patterns - PDF documents).

REFUNDS:

  • Lox Crochet ONLY accepts refund requests on physical items from 24-48 hours after the order has been placed and ONLY if your order has NOT been shipped yet.
  • This is due to the time, resources and costs it takes to make physical products. After 24 hours, major process may have been made on your order already, meaning time, costs and resources will be wasted.
  •  Once your order has been shipped, refunds and return requests will be DECLINED due to the time, resources and costs already being spent. More details on damaged items and returns are stated in the returns section above.
  • If you need to request a refund or have any questions, please contact us via Email or Instagram (Contact information is at the top of this document.)
  • Lox Crochet does NOT accept refunds on digital products (e.g. patterns - PDF documents).

DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY:

*You are responsible for being aware of these policies before placing an order. Please read the following information thoroughly.*

WHAT IS A DIGITAL PRODUCT?:

  • Digital products otherwise our products labelled as "Patterns" are NOT physical products.
  • Patterns are a written tutorial of the crochet product displayed. This will be sent as a PDF document via email and as a link in your "Thank you" confirmation page after completing the order.

COPYRIGHT & SHARING:

  • You are NOT allowed to copy, rewrite, redistribute or share the pattern in any form whatsoever.
  • You may share and sell your finished product ONLY with credits to using my pattern @loxcrochet
  •  If you do not adhere to these policies Lox crochet will take the necessary steps to interfere.

REFUNDS OR ACCIDENTAL DIGITAL ORDERS:

  •  If you mistakenly purchase the PATTERN expecting the physical doll, you will NOT receive a refund. It is your responsibility to read the product’s description and these policies provided before ordering to avoid this mistake.
  • The reason for not accepting refunds on digital products is due to the immediate access to the document. We will not risk being scammed of our patterns and it being fronted as a “mistake”
